This week we are developing the designs and planning documentation for a domestic refurb and extension project in Broadway. The client is looking to improve the thermal performance of the existing house, and adjust the layout to improve access and usability of the existing spaces. The project also includes replacing the existing conservatory with a properly insulated living room extension which will be usable all year round and will connect the existing public rooms directly to the garden.
